Who We Are

HealthGuide Works LLC is a healthcare technology company dedicated to making healthcare easier to understand, navigate, and access. We believe that informed patients achieve better outcomes, and that the right technology — built thoughtfully and with empathy — can bridge the gap between complex medical systems and the everyday people who depend on them.

Founded by Jai Iyer, a healthcare professional with deep experience in clinical settings and patient advocacy, HealthGuide Works was born out of firsthand observation of the barriers patients face when trying to understand their diagnosis, find the right level of care, or simply feel prepared for a doctor's visit. Our mission is to remove those barriers through innovative, accessible, and affordable digital health tools.

What We Build

We develop a growing suite of AI-powered apps designed for both patients and healthcare providers. Our solutions span patient education, care navigation, scheduling, and clinical workflow optimization. Each product is built with a singular focus: reducing friction in the healthcare experience.

Our flagship live product, Clinic Champions, transforms children's doctor visits into personalized sci-fi and fantasy adventures — helping kids feel brave, engaged, and willing to cooperate with treatment. It is used by parents and caregivers who want to reduce medical anxiety in their children and make clinic visits a positive, empowering experience.

Upcoming tools like CareCompass, ScriptWise, DischargeMaster, and MediBook will further extend our reach into self-triage, patient-facing health literacy, discharge planning, and frictionless appointment scheduling — all areas where we see tremendous opportunity to improve outcomes through smarter technology.
